When will I receive my order?
Orders are generally shipped from our warehouses within 3 business days.
It then takes between 10 and 22 business days for your item to arrive at your home.
During peak periods, shipping may take up to 6 days. Our parcels are delivered via La Poste, and we do not work with pickup points.
My order is incomplete
Since we have different storage locations and work with multiple manufacturers, you may receive your products in separate packages.
Do not worry if you do not receive everything at the same time.
Our average delivery time is 10 to 22 business days, but some packages may take slightly longer.
However, if you have not received your package 35 business days after placing your order, we will provide a full refund, and you may keep the item when you receive it.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, usually within 12 hours.
For this reason, you have 12 hours after placing your order to send a cancellation or modification request via email to EMAIL.
After this time, your items will already be shipped, and we will not be able to modify your order.
The item I received is broken/defective
Despite our careful selection of reliable carriers, your package may arrive damaged.
If this happens or if there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at EMAIL with the following details:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue (wrong/defective item, etc.)
- A photo or video
You will not need to return the product, and we will issue a refund in the form of a store credit (if you prefer a different type of refund, please specify in your request).
