Order Cancellation Policy:
We take pride in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at EMAIL as soon as possible. The majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, so it is essential that you contact us during this time so we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. Cancellation requests cannot be accommodated if the order has already been processed.
Address Errors:
It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your shipping address and to contact us promptly if you need to make any modifications. Changes can only be made if your order has not yet been processed. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information. Additionally, we are not liable for orders that are refused or undeliverable (e.g., inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses). In such cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not always. If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund minus the shipping costs, or we can reship your order, depending on your preference. You will not be eligible for a reshipment or refund until your package has been received by the sender.
Return Policy:
We accept returns* for any reason! Whether you are dissatisfied or simply changed your mind, our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days from the date you receive your products.
